Hand over Heart performs at Senior's residences throughout the lower mainland, singing songs from the 40's to the 70's. Please contact us for a quote.
A little background … Cherelle and Marc have been playing and creating music for decades and they’ve been playing together in various original projects since 2005.
Marc was in the Cherelle Jardine band touring to support Cherelle’s 4th solo album Head Traffic 2005. Then In 2009 they played together in The Jardines band (Cherelle’s mother/daughter 8 piece alt country band), recording 2 albums and in 2011 they formed Stone Poets with Scott Jackson.
Stone Poets is still going strong with their 5th album, HUM∀N which was released in Jan 2024. https://stonepoets.hearnow.com
The pair also have formed Peacenik Collective with Scott from Stone Poets, Bruce Coughlan, Greg Stuart and Gord Maxwell. Peacenik Collective is a group that performs original music from all the band members, and a few covers, with a message of peace, love and community. Marc has played with Doug and the Slugs, Nick Guilder as well as a bevy of Vancouver bands including the infamous Army. Marc currently plays keys in the iconic Canadian band Prism and is a sought out session player for many original projects. Hand over Heart performs in many of the lower mainland's retirement homes, bringing entertainment to seniors. Cherelle and Marc have just joined a choir called Earth Wind and Choir, with some of Vancouver’s finest musicians. More to come on the development of this entourage in the coming months.
